This week we received the latest newsletter from the manufacturer of our water filters. They report excellent sales despite the current economy. It would appear that consumers are making the choice to stop buying expensive bottled water and make the cheaper choice to install home water filtration systems. This is good news for the environment - Less plastic, fantastic!!

Our range of water-filters were amongst the ones featured on Dr Oz recently so check them out and see if there is one that suits your needs. www.itsecotime.com/water-filters

  1. This is a great post.. Very informative… I can see that you put a lot of hard work on your every post that’s why I think I’d come here more often. Keep it up! By the way, you can also drop by my blogs. They’re about Vegetable Gardening and Composting. I’m sure you’d find my blogs helpful too.

  2. I agree! we need to save mother nature by minimizing or from avoiding the use of plastic bottled water. instead why not use water filters. even portable filters are available. by doing this we contribute saving nature from more harm. thanks!

I definitely think that the current economy should be a motivation for more people to dig a little deeper to get out of their environmentally wasteful lifestyles because Going Green isn’t just great for the Earth it’s great for your wallet!

There are lots of things you can do to help the planet while still saving money! Water filters are a great example because even though you will pay to get one, if your family drinks a lot of water, it will more than pay for itself in savings in as little as a month!

I would also like to recommend another source to you if you are looking to further your individual and family efforts to go Green! http://www.greeneutopia.com is an excellent site that provides volumes of up to date information, ideas and tips on current issues in the Green community! Also, for those always looking for an affordable ‘Green Store’, the site has a very easy to navigate shop that carries it
s own line of eco friendly products, many of which are made of recycled materials and are priced at very family affordable rates! I hope you enjoy the site as much as I have!
