RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from It's Eco Time.com, so if you do not like a product or it is not what you expected, you can send it back for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase.   Please e-mail us at sales@itsecotime.com and we will supply you with the correct return address and a return reference.

Please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your Order #
  • Details of item(s) you are returning
  • Reason for Return
  • A daytime phone number

Return items must be unused, in their in original condition and able to be resold.  They must be returned with the original carton, packaging and receipt.  Some items may incur a restocking fee.

IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE

We track all orders to ensure timely delivery but if your order does not arrive after 7 business days, please contact us at sales@itsecotime.com and we will file a tracer with the carrier.  If the carrier notifies us of a non-delivery we will replace the merchandise or issue you a full credit, at your option.

MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Contact the carrier who delivered the merchandise and require them to return the package.  DO NOT return the package yourself.  In the event of any difficulties with the original shipper, retain all packaging and receipts and contact us at sales@itsecotime.com.
